Grilled Salad with Olive Oil and Tuna
Ingredients:
- 2 red bell peppers
- 2 tomatoes
- 1 chili pepper
- 1 onion
- 1 garlic clove
- 100g canned tuna
- 3 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
- Grill the peppers, tomatoes, chili, and onion until charred.
- Peel off the skin and chop the vegetables finely.
- Mix in minced garlic, olive oil, lemon juice, salt, and pepper.
- Top with tuna and drizzle with more olive oil.
- Serve with bread or as a side dish.
